1. Orders

When you place an order with The Zire, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation page with your order number. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we cannot verify your details.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, including a verified mobile number and a valid email address, so we can process and deliver your order.

2. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our fashion jewellery accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations are part of the nature of fashion jewellery. Product availability and prices may change without notice.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the product price shown at the time of ordering, plus any applicable shipping charge shown in your order summary before you place the order.

The total payable for your order — including any discount and shipping charge — is calculated and confirmed at the time you place your order and is shown on your order confirmation.

4. Payment methods: UPI and Cash on Delivery

We currently offer two payment options:

UPI — orders placed with UPI as the selected payment method receive a 10% discount on the product subtotal (before shipping). Selecting UPI does not charge you automatically; payment is arranged separately, and your order's payment status remains pending until payment is received and confirmed by us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the full order total in cash when your order is delivered. No discount applies to COD orders.

5. Shipping

A flat shipping charge applies to every order and is shown in your order summary before you place the order. Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location and availability; any estimate we provide is indicative and not a guarantee.

6. Returns and cancellations

Returns and refunds are accepted only for products that arrive damaged. A damaged product must be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered, by email, WhatsApp or phone call, with your order number and photos of the damage for verification. After reviewing the photos, The Zire will decide on a return or refund of the product. Approved refunds are paid by UPI to the UPI ID you share with our team. Returns for any other reason, including a change of mind, are not accepted. Full details are on our Returns page.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

7. Customer information

We collect the details needed to process your order — your name, verified mobile number, email address, and delivery address. Your mobile number is verified by a one-time code sent by SMS. We use this information to fulfil your order, contact you about it, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Website usage

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or access data that is not yours. All content on this site, including images, logos, and text, belongs to The Zire and may not be reused without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
