thezire.com is operated by Shiwani Keshri, sole proprietor of The Zire (GSTIN 27DXAPK6316P1Z1), Flat No. 202, 2nd Floor, Building 29, Sector 1, Society Road, Navi Mumbai, District Thane, Maharashtra 400709. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and the products you order.

To verify your mobile number we send a one-time code by SMS. If you pay by UPI, we ask for the last 4 digits of your UPI transaction reference to match your payment. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, card details or bank passwords.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as your browser type and IP address) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your order, send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, issue GST invoices, handle returns and refunds, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store: our courier partners (to deliver your order), our website hosting and database providers, our email and SMS providers (to send order updates and verification codes), and payment providers when you pay online. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We use essential cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag and complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we protect and keep your information

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Order data is stored with access restricted to authorised staff. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
